Review by hotel critic
During my recent four-night stay at Sweet Village, I discovered a quaint escape that expertly balances value and comfort. The cottages, nestled amid flourishing gardens and fruit-bearing trees, provide a tranquil setting perfect for relaxation. The hosts, Loseb and Mari, extend a warm welcome and are attentive throughout your stay. The accommodations are well-maintained and equipped with essential amenities like free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and outdoor dining areas. While there is no luxury spa, the inviting restaurant serves traditional Georgian cuisine at reasonable prices, offering delightful dishes such as Ojakhuri and barbeque. For those seeking adventure, the nearby Prometheus Cave, canyons, and waterfalls present enticing exploration options. Transportation services, including a paid airport shuttle, add convenience. Sweet Village offers a pragmatic choice for travelers seeking both affordability and comfort without sacrificing character or service. I will certainly consider returning on my next visit to Tskaltubo, as its strategic location and hospitable atmosphere make it a wise selection for history enthusiasts and casual tourists alike.
